Custom looms, built to print
Start with the spec
Every loom here is built to print: your vehicle, your layout, documented and tested. Send the spec and we'll quote it. Please include:
- Vehicle make / model / year
- Application — road, track, rally, drift, off-road…
- A wiring diagram or photos of the install area
- Approximate circuit count and any special requirements (DR-25, sealed connectors, mil-spec wire…)
Use the form below, or email info@chargertech.nl directly — handy for attaching diagrams.
What we build
-
Engine harnesses
Full engine looms for swaps, standalone ECUs or restored originals — sealed connectors, correct gauges, OEM routing.
-
Chassis & body looms
Lighting, dash, power distribution and full-car rewires — from road-legal dailies to stripped track cars.
-
ECU & PDM adapters
Adapter and sub-harnesses for ECUs, PDMs, sensors and displays — plug-in where possible, clean splices where not.
-
Rebuilds & repairs
Brittle, melted or hacked-up looms re-pinned, re-sealed and re-wrapped — send it in and we bring it back to spec.

FAQ
What is the lead time?
It depends on scope — a sensor sub-harness is days, a full-car loom is weeks. We confirm the lead time with your quote, before you commit.
How is pricing determined?
Per project: circuit count, connector types, materials (standard vs DR-25/sealed) and documentation. You get a fixed quote up front — no hourly surprises.
Can you work from my old loom?
Yes. Send it in and we use it as the reference for a new build, or rebuild it directly — re-pinned, re-sealed and re-wrapped.
Street or track — what changes?
Street builds use automotive FLRY-B wire and standard heat-shrink. Track and harsh-environment builds step up to DR-25 sleeving, sealed connectors and strain-relieved breakouts. We advise per project.
Is the loom tested?
Every loom is continuity-tested against its pinout and labelled before it leaves the bench.
Do I bring the car or send in the loom?
For most rebuilds and repairs you post the loom to our workshop — well packed, with your name and quote number. Dropping it off in person in Cuijk is also possible by appointment. Can't remove the loom from the car yourself? Email us first and we'll work out the best approach together.
